介绍了企业文化在企业发展中发挥的作用,提出了构建企业文化基础模型的三要素,讨论了创新、诚信、价值三者关系,分析了用三者研究企业文化的实用性以及用此基础模型快捷地搭建企业文化与核心竞争力之间的通道。
The paper introduced to the corporation culture's function in an enterprises development and put forward the three factors which build up a corporation culture basic model. This paper discussed the relationship among innovation, good faith and value and analyzed their practice in researching corporation culture and the channels connecting promptly between corporation culture and core competence by using this basic model.
