介绍了带电作业绝缘工具预防性试验的重要性及现存问题,探讨了试验过程中各种因素对绝缘工具性能的影响程度,提出了预防性试验时应注意的事项及改进措施。
The paper introduced to the significance of insulating tools preventive trial for live working and the problems existing now, discussed the effects of different factors to insulating tools＇property and put forward the events noticeable and modified measures during the course of the trial.
