Discussion about dispatching operation for local small capacity power plant

结合调度实际工作,分析了地区电网中一些小电厂并网运行方式、继电保护及安全自动装置配置、并网运行中异常及事故处理、电厂带局部电网应急启动,提出了小电厂安全、可靠并网运行管理要求,探讨了小电厂在电网应急情况下发挥的作用。

The paper analyzed the synchronizing operation mode to the network for a small capacity electric power plant in a region power grid, the configuration of relay protection and safety automatic devices, abnormal conditions and trouble shooting and the emergence startup with local network by combing with the actual dispatching situation. The operation management requirements for a small capacity power plant to synchronizing operation in safety and reliability were proposed, the relevant handling measures were discussed and how to make better use of a small capacity power plant in emergence situation of power grid was discussed.
