米非司酮配伍中药与单用MTX治疗异位妊娠的比较研究

Comparative Studies on Ectopic Pregnancy by Mifepristone Combined with Herbal Ectopic Pregnancy II or MTX

目的探讨米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用米非司酮配伍中药,对照组单独应用甲氨蝶呤,所获数据采用t检验和χ2。结果米非司酮配伍中药组不良反应的发生率显著低于甲氨蝶呤组。结论米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠具有疗效高、副作用小等优点。

Objective To evaluate the healing efficacy of Mifepristone Combined with Herbal Ectopic Pregnancy II on ectopic pregnancy. Methods 95 cases of women suffered from ectopic pregnancy were taken into two groups. 50 womens were performed therapy by Mifepristone Combined with Chinese Ectopic Pregnancy II. The other 45 were given therapy by MTX. Then compare their effects. Results Ill effects of Mifepristone Combined with Herbal Ectopic Pregnancy II are obviously inferior to MTX＇s ill effects. Conclusions Mifepristone combined with herbal ectopic pregnancy II shows high efficacy and fewer side effects.
