The new round of ideological emancipation was stared so as to effectively implement the scientific concept of development, while the scientific concept of development itself was the latest theoretical achievement of the Chinese Marxism, which presently plays an important guiding role in the work of the Party and the country in all aspects .As a result, under the guidance of concept, we have to do a good job in the new round of ideological emancipation, and also implement the concept throughout the new round of ideological emancipation .This would make new and great contributions to the continual development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
