论经济法在我国的发展趋势

On the Development of Economic Law in China

经济法在世界各国的发展历史表明经济法经历了从传统经济法向现代经济法的嬗变。然而我国经济法的理论研究还不成熟,制度建设还不完善。研究经济法的发展趋势,有利于构建我国社会主义法制体系,为我国的现代化建设提供更好的理论指导和法律保障。通过应用分析、对比和反证等方法,认为经济法有现代化、国际化和生态化等发展趋势。提出了自己的观点,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用,使得更多的学者参与经济法的研究和建设,从而促进我国的经济法发展。

The development of economic law in the world shows that the law has changed from a traditional law into a new one. But the theoretical study of the subject and the system of the law need to be improved. Studying the development trend of the law is helpful in setting up the socialist legal system in China, and offering legal protection for the modernization. This article makes a deep study of the development trend of the economic law in China and then points out that its development is modern, international and ecological, using the method of analysis, contrast and disproof. Considering various viewpoints, the writer puts forward his own point of view, and hops that more people will study the economic law and join in the its construction, in order to promote the development of China＇s economic law.
