GCK基因3'端(CA)_n重复序列多态性非放射性分析方法的建立及与NIDDM关系的研究

摘要 葡萄糖激酶(GCK)基因3′端的(CA)n微卫星重复序列具有多态性,据此建立了一种非放射性的双碱基重复序列的分析方法。对中国人GCK基因3′端(CA)n重复序列多态性的分布情况进行了研究,对这一多态性与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)之间的关系进行了探讨。结果显示,人群中有3′端(CA)n重复序列的多态性等位基因型。 In this study, a new nonradioactive method was established to analyze the dinucleotide repeat sequence basing on the (CA) n microsatellite polymorphism located at the 3′ end of glucokinase (GCK) gene. The distribution of this polymorphism was investigated in normal Chinese and patients with noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) to detect the relationship between the polymorphism and NIDDM. The result indicated that there was no significantly different distribution of alleles between the patients with NIDDM and the control group at the polymorphic locus of the 3′ end of GCK gene.
