听小骨重建术的临床研究

Recuperation of Hearing after Ossicular Reconstruction

为了提高听力，于１９８８—１９９４年期间对６６耳慢性化脓性中耳炎患者施行一期听小骨重建术，其中５８耳用自体听骨、８耳用部分听骨赝复物（ＰＯＲＰ）或全听骨赝复物（ＴＯＲＰ）。术后听力提高≥１５ｄＢ者４个月为８９．４％（５９／６６），１年为８７．９％（５８／６６），３年为７８．４％（５２／６６）。

In order to improve hearing abilities, first stage ossicular reconstruction (58 ears using autograft ossicules and 8 ears using PORP or TORP) was performed in 66 ears with chronic suppurative otitis media during 1988-1994. Hearing improvement defined as a postoperative hearing level of ≥ 15 dB. was 89.4 percent (59/66) in 4 months follow up, 87.9 percent (58/66)in one year and 78.4 percent (52/66) in three years respectively . The surgical techniques were discussed.
