Nosocomial infection control strategies in hospital operating room

目的:探讨手术室医院感染控制与对策,以控制医院感染,提高医疗护理质量。方法:通过监测手术室环境、手术物品、无菌操作技术的管理等,找出原因,进行分析并及时加以改进和总结。结果:加强医院手术室管理力度,提高手术室感染管理水平,有效地预防与控制了医院感染。结论:有效地落实手术室消毒隔离措施是控制医院感染的重要途径。

Objective： In order to control nosocomial infection and improve the quality of medical care through investigating nosocomial infection control strategies in hospital operating room. Methods ： All kinds of monitoring results were analyzed including the environment of operating room, surgical instruments, and the management of disinfection and sterilization practice etc to find the causes of nosocomial infection. And then the corresponding improvements were made and the effects were accessed. Results：Intensifying the management of operating room and improving the level of disinfection and sterilization practice could prevent and control nosooomial infection in hospi- tal operating room effectively. Conclusions：To praetive the measure of disinfection and isolation in operating room was the important strategies to control nosooomial infection.
