绿色通道在急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗中的应用及护理

Application and nursing of green path in the acute interventional therapy on acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨绿色通道应用在急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗中的护理体会。方法:回顾性分析2002年1月～2009年1月我院实施绿色通道抢救685例急性心肌梗死患者的急诊介入治疗及护理情况。结果:患者从入院至导管室手术的时间明显缩短(32.6～49.8min),同时密切观察AMI并发症并予积极干预、精心护理,为降低AMI死亡率,提高抢救成功率赢得时间。结论:绿色通道应用在AMI介入治疗中为患者赢得了宝贵的治疗时间,效果满意。

Objective：To explore nuring realization of green path in the acute interventional therapy on acute myocardial infarction. Methods ： The treatment and nursing of 685 acute myocardial infarcation patients were analyzed retrospectively since the green path was first put into practice from 2002 Jan. to 2009 Jan. Results ： There was less time in hospital admission to pipe room for operation （32.6 - 49.8 minutes）, in order to win time to decrease the death rate and increase the achievement ratio, nurses must close obseve the AMI complication for positive intervention and meticulous nursing. Conclusion： Green path for AMI patient win precious time for interven- tional therapy,which was most quickly useful in rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction,and the efficiency is significant.
