Preparation and Determination of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Gel

以卡波姆为基质制备盐酸洛美沙星凝胶的方法,采用一阶导数分光光度法测定含量。方法简便,结果准确。实验证明本品无刺激性,稳定性较好。

Carbomer was used as base to prepare the gel of lomefloxacin hydrochloride. A method for determi-nation of lomefloxacin hydrochloride gel by first derivative spectrophotometry was described. This method is simple and accurate. The result indicated that it was stable and had no stimulation.
