教师专业发展已经成为国际教师教育改革的趋势,也是当前我国教师教育的焦点问题。教师专业发展对新时期我国教师教育提出了新要求,但是目前我国的教师教育在教师教育培养体系、教师教育课程体系、教师继续教育等方面都还存在诸多不足,为此,在教师专业发展的背景下研究我国教师教育显得尤为必要,对于完善和推动教师教育实践具有重要的意义。

The teaching profession has been following the trend of the international teacher＇s educational revolution and has been forming the focus of our country＇s present teacher＇s cultivation .The development of the teaching profession has new requirements for the cultivation of our country＇s teachers.However,the cultivation of our country＇s teachers has many inadequate points in the system of teacher＇s education,the cirriculum of the teacher＇s cultivation and teacher＇s re-education.So it is obviously necessary to research our country＇s education in the background of the development of the teaching profession,and also has essential meanings for improving and putting forth the practice of teachers cultivation.
