摘要
全国引进ISO9001质量管理体系和相关质量标准的学校已有近300所,与此同时,也引进"顾客"概念,所有学校都将学生作为了"顾客"之一。重庆文理学院也是如此,提出了"学生即顾客"的观点,并且与"教育即服务"、"质量即生命"一起凝练为学校的办学理念。籍此,在得到普遍认同的同时,也受到部分学者对"学生即顾客"的质疑。文章针对质疑,从哲学视角、学理视角、逻辑视角和现实视角进行了全面分析,以正悬疑。
Up to now, ISO 9001 quality management system and the relevant quality standards have been introduced into 300 Chinese schools or so across the country. Along its introduction is the important notion of "customer", with the implication of running school by treating students as customers. In implementing these concepts, Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences stands particularly out, for it puts forward the idea of "students are customers" and pioneers in ihcorporating this idea and other two important ideas, namely, "education is service" and "quality is life", into its school - running concept. Generally acknowledged as it is, this concept is doubted by some scholars. In response to their questions, this paper takes shape by examining this concept in its relation with philosophy, academia, logic and reality.
