摘要
工程项目成本管理是一个全方位、全过程的管理.从分析影响工程成本的风险因素入手,采用AHP法详细分析影响工程成本的风险因素,如自然方面、经济方面、管理方面、技术方面的风险因素.通过对工程成本的风险因素进行分析辨识与评价,建立项目成本风险评价计算程序,对风险源层次排序,并针对分析辨识结果采取相应的对策,所建立的方法简单有效.
Engineering project cost management is a systematic and whole process management.This paper starts with the analysis of the risk influence on engineering cost by means of AHP(analytical hierarchy process).Risk factors includes aspects of nature,economy,management,technology.Reply evaluation and distinguish to the risk factors,based process of engineering cost risk,for risk fountain arrangement,and corresponding countermeasure are directed at analysis results.The method is convenient and efficient.
