信息行为研究中的批判现实主义视角

The Critical Realism View in Information Behavior Study

本文简要介绍了批判现实主义的哲学观点,指出批判现实主义能够为跨学科研究领域奠定基础,尤其是对信息行为的研究,涉及到各个层次上的信息产生、信息处理、信息查寻和信息应用。将批判现实主义的主要特征与目前情报学的某些信息行为模型相联系,主要从社会现实层次性概念、语境的重要性及环境和活动者的关系,来论述批判现实主义在信息行为研究中的应用,并对批判现实主义作为情报学的哲学和社会理论做出了展望。

This article briefly introduces philosophical perspective of critical realism, and points out that critical realism can become the foundation for interdisciplinary fields, especially information be- havior studies. It refers to many levels of information creation, information seek, information use and information process. Some important features of critical realism are connected to some current informa- tion behavior models in information science, including the concept of stratified social reality, the im- portance of context, and the relations of structure and agent. Authors study the use of critical realism in information behavior studies. In the last, the paper looks the future of critical realism as the philosophy and social theory in information science.
