就学术的整体结构发展而言数字参考咨询是十分重要的,即便是对某一学科也决定着它的健康发展。就像对信息资源的搜寻与利用以及对它的研究和分析,奠定了整个科学知识体系的基础一样,高水平的参考咨询对高校的教学与科研,以及企业、商业和政府管理等领域的决策起着至关重要的作用。尤其当今数字化、网络化的时代,数字参考咨询更加显示其发展潜力。本文对数字参考咨询的概念与传统参考咨询的关系、运行机制、服务领域与存在的问题进行系统的论述,以期待通过对其研究来达到窥一斑而见全豹的目的。

Digital reference is very important for the development of the academic structure. It is decided factor for healthy development of an individual subject. Like searching and utilizing the information, as well as researching and analyzing the information are foundation of sciences and technologies, high level digital reference is a key factor for universities, enterprises and governments to make dis- cussions. It shows highly development potential especially in the digital and internet era. This paper discussed the differences between digital reference and traditional reference in aspects of conception, processes, service areas, and modes of cooperation. The idea of the paper is to get a full picture of digital reference.
