茅草街大桥为中承式钢管砼系杆拱桥,该桥钢结构外表面采用了电弧喷涂长效防护涂层技术。虽然电弧喷涂长效防护技术已得到广泛的应用,但许多施工单位就该技术在施工中如何进行成本控制存在着许多问题而使得成本居高不下。本文对茅草街大桥钢管拱内、外表面防护施工直接费用进行了详细论述,探讨钢结构电弧喷涂防腐施工应如何进行成本控制。

Maocaojie-bridge is a middle supporting arch bridge composed of steel tube and concrete system. The arcspraying anticorrosion technique was applied to the steel structure surface. Although arc-spraying anticorrosion technique has applied broadly, the construction cost control is a crucial problem in many anticorrosion construction units. This paper dissertates the direct cost of anticorrosion construction in inner and outer surfaces of Maocaojiebridge steel tube arch, and discusses how to control construction cost in arc-spraying anticorrosion of steel structures.
