摘要
沟通技能的掌握已成为每个教师教育过程中必不可少的一种手段。有效运用课堂讨论、教育技术、教师对学生的奖赏已成为教育活动中进行探究、合作以及支持性互动的沟通策略。
Application of communication skill has become vital part of teaching process for teachers. How to take effective classroom discussion, how to apply technology of education, how to reward students in teaching have been regarded as communication strategy being inquiried and cooperated and interacted in education activity.
