大网膜植入治疗肝脏右叶单个巨大细菌性脓肿

目的探讨大网膜植入治疗肝脏右叶单个巨大细菌性脓肿的疗效。方法对17例肝脏右叶单个巨大细菌性脓肿患者进行开腹切开引流后用带血管蒂大网膜植入脓腔,在脓腔外放置腹腔引流管。术后抗炎支持治疗。结果除1例术后出现ARDS外,其余术后均无严重并发症。均在术后第5～7天拔除腹腔引流管。术后第7～12天出院。结论大网膜植入治疗肝脏右叶巨大单个细菌性脓肿疗效肯定,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of the greater omentum being embeded into liver ab-scess cavity to treat a single large pyogeaic abscess in right lobe of liver. Methods 17 cases with a single large pyo-genie abscess in fight lobe of liver were performed to open the abscess cavities and to embed the greater omentum with blood vessel into the abscess cavities. Then catheters were placed out of the abscess cavities to drain. Antibiotic and nutritional therapy were required postoperation. Results ARDS occurred only 1 case, the others had no a serious complication. The all cases＇ drainage catheters were removed in 5 to 7 days after operation. They left hospital in 7 to12 days after operation. Conclusion The curative effect to treat a single large pyogenic abscess in fight lobe of liver with the greater omentum being embeded into liver abscess cavity is good. It deserves to be generalized.
