美托洛尔与硝酸甘油联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察美托洛尔与硝酸甘油联合治疗冠心病(CHD)及高血压性心脏病(HHD)慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法113例患者随机分为两组,A组53例,B组60例,A组仅给常规药物治疗,B组加用硝酸甘油及美托洛尔,治疗30d判断疗效。结果B组心衰症状明显缓解,CHD总有效率97.3%,HHD总有效率96%;A组CHD总有效率80.6%,HHD总有效率63.6%,两组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论美托洛尔与硝酸甘油配合常规治疗用于冠心病(CHD)及高血压性心脏病(HHD)慢性心力衰竭的疗效显著、安全、价廉。

Objective To observe the effect of Nitroglcerin with Betaloc on chronic heart failare induced by CHD and HHD, Methods 113 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 53 in A group ,60 in B group. The patients in B group were given Nitroglcerin with Bet=doe, while the patients in A group were given common medicines. Cure 30 days judges curative effect. Results B group heart failure symptom obviously alleviates, the CHD total efficient 97.3%, HHD total efficient 96%;The A group CHD total efficient 80.6%, the HHD total efficient 63.6%,which was significant difference between two groups（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion Nitroglcerin with Betaloc is effective and safety mean for treating chronic heart failure induced by CHD and HHD.
