摘要
目的探讨应用MIPPO技术植入锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折,特别是复杂股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法2006年4月至2008年1月,我们采用微创MIPPO技术植入锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折77例,其中AO分型C型骨折49例,术后下肢CPM功能锻炼。结果所有病例均获得随访,随访时间3~14个月,平均10个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间2.9~4.5个月,平均3.2个月。根据Klemm关于股骨、胫骨两种骨折的功能恢复分级标准评估:优44例,良33例。结论应用微创生物学固定术植入锁定钢板手术创生小、牢固、安全,骨折愈合率高,并发症少,是治疗股骨干骨折,特别是复杂股骨干骨折的有效方法。

Conclusion Using micro creates the biology pexia to implant the fixed plate surgery wound slightly, is reliable,is safe, the bone fracture recoyery rate is high,the complication are few,treats the stock backbone bone fracture,specially complex stock backbone bone fracture effective method.
