政府审计的实践与思考--关于苏锡常地区的调查分析

Practice of Government Audit in the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou District:Experience and Problems

经济越发展,审计越重要。江苏省苏锡常地区作为我国经济发展的活跃区域,面临着包括经济快速发展与环境保护之间、粗放式增长与内涵式增长之间、经济发展与传统的行政管理之间的诸多矛盾。与此相对应,该地区对政府审计有着新的更高的要求。调查表明,苏锡常地区政府审计机关在审计理念、内容、方法等方面进行了创新与改革,从而为区域经济持续发展提供了有力的保障,但也面临许多问题和困难需要进一步研究解决。

The boomer the economy, the more important the audit is. The Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou District is one most active areas of economy in China. The district is faced with many challenges such as fast economic growth and serious environmental protection problems, extensive development and intensive development, economic development and traditional administrative management. The authors investigated the practice of government audit in the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou District. The result shows that, in this district, Government audit has played an important role in monitoring government＇s economic activities. On the other hand, however, there are still many theoretical and practical problems to be resolved.
