温阳散结法治疗乳腺增生病临床及实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on Treating Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland by Warming Yang and Dispersing the Accumulation of Evils

阳虚（尤其是肾阳虚）阴毒内结是乳腺增生病的主要病机之一，温阳散结法是主要治法之一。拟定温阳散结方药阳和消块汤治疗本病７０例，治愈率为５２．８％，总有效率为９８．５％。以天冬素片治疗为对照组，治疗４０例，治愈率为３２．５％，总有效率为８０．０％。治疗组临床症状及体征等方面疗效均优于对照组。治疗组３６例的性激素和细胞免疫功能，治疗后均有不同程度改善。动物实验表明，阳和消块汤可降低血清Ｅ２浓度，抑制乳腺组织增生。
