先张拉预应力高强混凝土管桩结构设计应注意的问题

摘要 先张拉预应力高强混凝土管桩以其工厂化生产、成品质量稳定、施工工艺简单、监管容易等优点受广泛采用。但是随着工程实践的不断进行,目前这种先张预应力管桩的缺点也充分地暴露出来,如:结构设计时单桩竖向极限承载力的取值偏高,水平承载力考虑不足;接头构造的可靠性不足的问题;接头耐久性不足的问题;锤击施工施打时,桩头的耐击打的性能的问题;抗震设计概念的问题。 It has been widely used because the pretensioned prestressed high - strength concrete pipe pile possessed many merits. Such as batch production, stabilized quality, simple construction technics and easy supervision. However,the disvantage of this kind pipe pile was fully exposed at present with the development of engineering practice. For example, vertical ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile was adopted on the high side in structure design, horizontail bearing capacity was not fully taken into account, the reliability of joint construction was not sufficient and the problems also exist in the deficient joint, enduring capability of peg in hammer construction , the conception of seismic design.
