摘要 目的:观察唑吡对老年人睡眠障碍的治疗.方法:对20例老年睡眠障碍患者服用唑吡坦的临床疗效进行了观察.结果:唑吡坦能明显缩短老年患者的入睡时间,延长持续睡眠时间,减少夜间觉醒次数和做梦,次晨清醒,对睡眠的主观评价满意度高,且无明显不良反应.结论:唑吡坦是一安全有效的新一代镇静催眠药,适合于老年睡眠障碍患者. AIM:To study the clinical effects of zolpidem on sleep. METHODS:20 elderly insomniacs received zolpidem 5~10mg,po,for 28d. RESULTS:It was observed that zolpidem can markedly decrease sleep latency, increase sleep duration, and reduce the number of awakenings and dreams by patient self-contrast. Whereas no serious side effects were found. CONCLUSION:Zolpidem was a new generation of hypnotics with safety and effectiveness, especially suitable for elderly insomniacs.
