摘要
目的:观察布洛芬离子导入溶液剂在家兔体内的药物动力学和生物等效性.方法:布洛芬离子导入溶液剂经皮离子电导给药采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度,计算药物动力学参数并进行生物等效性评价.结果:布洛芬离子导入给药法的吸收速度快于适应给药组.且AUC及C_(max)分别为透皮给药组的3.7倍和5倍.结论:布洛芬离子导入溶液剂经皮给药系统可代替传统的口服方式.
AIMTo furnish theoretical evidence for clinical application of the transdermal iontophoretic ibuprofen delivery system. METHODS: The ibuprofen was given in different ways and the blood was collected from vein at different time and the concentration by re-versed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC). The bioequivalence and the pharmacokinetic parameters in plasma of ibuprofen given in different ways were compared. RESULTS: It was showed that the absorption rate of transdermal iontophoretic ibuprofen delivery system was faster than that of traditioral peroral mode. The AUC and the Cmax of the former was as 3. 7 times and 5 times as the latter respectively. CONCLUSION: It was indicated that the transdermal iontophoretic ibuprofen delivery system could replace traditonal 'per os 'mode as administration dosage.
