摘要 介绍了一种新颖的基于光纤环形腔衰荡光谱技术的压力传感器.外界压力引起光脉冲在光纤环形腔内传输的损耗变化,通过测量光在腔中的衰荡时间,实现压力的测量.实验结果表明该传感器具有线性度好、测量动态范围大、灵敏度高和重复性好等特点. A noval fiber-loop ring-down spectroscopy based on multimode fiber is proposed for pressure measurement. When an external pressure is applied to a section of the fiber, the light pusle traveling through the fiber-loop changes. Pressure measurement is achieved in a time domain by measuring the ring- down time. The pressure sensing system is demonstrated with good linear response, larger dynamic range, good stability and high sensitivity.
