摘要
采用文献法、实验法、数理统计等方法,阐述了12分钟跑对增强学生心肺功能的重要性.研究认为:要有效提高大学生耐力素质,12分钟跑是一项比较理想的方法.高校应重视12分钟跑的教学,走出长跑给身体机能造成痛苦的误区,建议在体育课中增加12分钟跑内容.
Using literature, experimental and mathematical statistics and so on, the importance of 12-minute running to enhance the students, cardiopulmonary function is described. Studies suggest that, in order to effectively improve the quality of college students endurance, 12 minutes running is a more satisfactory approach. Universities should pay attention to teaching 12-minute run-walk, out of the errors caused by long-distance running to the physical suffering and increasing 12-minute running in PE content.
