甲胎蛋白的促增殖作用与不良妊娠结局关系的探讨 被引量：1

摘要 本文对2501例孕妇孕中期的MSAFP水平及不良妊娠结局进行了观察。见孕中期MSAFP异常升高组的不良妊娠结局发生率明显高于正常组。还以体外实验证实了AFP对胚胎细胞的促增殖作用。提示AFP在体内的促细胞增殖作用受到影响,很可能就是造成流产、早产、IUGR、死胎死产等不良妊娠结局的直接原因。
