摘要
目的:了解健康教育在高血压治疗中所起的作用。方法:将86例初诊高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组给予系统的健康教育干预,1年后,采用问卷调查了解研究对象对高血压健康认知程度和测定血压变化情况。结果:实验组干预前后在高血压认知和血压方面均存在统计学差异,对照组在高血压认知程血压方面均不存在统计学差异。结论:加强高血压患者健康教育,改善生活行为有助于控制高血压的发展。
Objective: To understand the role of Health Education in Treatment of Hypertension. Methods: The 86 patients of Hypertension were randomly divided in to two groups: intervention group and control group and the intervention group given measure of health education. After one year the subjective of study was investigated by questionnaire to know the knowledge and variation of blood pressure. Results: It was showed that the knowledge and blood pressure had statistical significance in intervention group and the control group had no differene. Conclusion: It were helpful for control hypertension to enhance health education and improve health behavior of patients of hypertension.
