摘要
目的:探讨Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪测定有MPV值和无MPV值样本电阻法与激光法血小板计数(PLT)结果的可比性。方法:在XE-2100血细胞分析仪上使用网织红细胞模式测定两组抗凝血样本,获得相应激光法和电阻法血小板计数(PLT)值,分别对电阻法结果(PLT_I)和激光法结果(PLT_O)做配对t检验、曲线拟合统计分析,得出PLT_O预测值与PLT_I初步的曲线方程,并做验证试验。结果:无MPV组的PLT_I与PLT_O总体阃有统计性差异(P〈0.05);而有MPV组的PLT_I与PLT_O总体间无统计学差异(p〉0.05)。无MPV组PLT_O预测值与PLT_I的方程为:PLT_O预测值=0.851*PLT_I+29.938;有MPV组的PLT_O与PLT_I的方程为:PLT_O预测值=0.927*PLT_I+15.325。验证实验中,有MPV组和无MPV组中PLT_O预测值与PLT_O实测值间做配对t检验,PLT_O预测值与PLT_O实测值总体间均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:在Sysmex XE-2100检测中,对于电阻法未报告MPV的样本,可选择网织红细胞模式激光法对血小板计数进行复查;电阻法与激光法计教血小板结果间具有相关性,在元相应网织红细胞试剂的特殊情况下,可以使用激光法PLT计算方程,由电阻法PLT结果进行相应换算,其可作为一种简便经济的血小板复查方法。
Objective: To explore comparability of electrical impedance method and light scatter method platelet count resuits in Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer for the samples that have results. Methods: Measuring two group samples (MPV or no MPV) under the XE-2100 hematology analyzer reticulocyte model . Gaining the platelet result of impedance and light scatter method, and do paired t-test, curve fitting statistical analysis respectively. Obtaining preliminary equation of a curve between the PLT_O forecast value and the PLT_I, and performing the verification test. Results: In no MPV group PLT_I and the PLT_O has the statistical difference (P〈0. 05). But in MPV group PLT_I and the PLT_O has no statistical difference (p〉0. 05). The equation between PLT_O forecast value and the PLT_I in no MPV group is: PLT_O forecasts value=0.851* PLT_I+29.938; and equation in MPV group is: PLT_O forecasts value=0.927 * PLT_I+15.325. In the confirmation experiment, do paired t-test between the PLT_O forecast value and the PLT_O during actual value in MPV group and r,o MPV group, PLT O and the PLT_O actual value does not have statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion: In Sysmex XE-2100 examination, regarding the sample of electrical impedance method had not reported MPV, We may choose light scatter method of reticuloeyte model to reexamination the platelet count; the platelet counting result between electrical impedance method and light scatter method has the relevance, may use light scatter method PLT computation equation, carries on the corresponding conversion to acquire light scatter forecast value by impedance method PLT result, light scatter method may become one simple economical method of reexamining platelet in the peculiar circumstance without reticuloeyte reagent.
