摘要
目的：探讨单孔与双孔钻颅闭式引流对老年性慢性硬脑膜下血肿的治疗效果。方法：收集本院１９８３年１月—１９９６年１２月资料完整的６１例病案进行回顾性分析、对比。结果：单孔（治疗组—Ａ组）与双孔（对比组—Ｂ组）钻颅闭式引流法对老年性慢性硬脑膜下血肿治疗，有效、安全。二种方法无显著差异。结论：对老年性慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者，宜首选单孔钻颅闭式引流法治疗。这样，减少了一个切口，缩短手术时间，减少手术创伤，从而减轻老年患者的负担。ＣＴ检查是目前的有效诊断手段。
Objective: It is reviewed how to explore to compare the results of closed cranial drainage between A group (opened one hole)and B group(opened two holes).Methods:The clinical data of 61 cases admitted to our hospital form Jan.1983 to Dec.1995 were retrospectively analysed and comparaed.Results:It is effective and safe to means of two groups.No difference was found beween two groups.Conclusion:It is first treatment to opening one hole in the skull and close draine.for the chronic subdural hematoma in old man.It is less time、moneyand wound area.It is better method to CT scan for diagnosis of chronic subdural hematoma in now.
