摘要
为探索小儿腹股沟疝术后并发症的发生原因和防治，本文收集了腹股沟疝术后各种并发症共３７例进行了分析研究。并发症种类有：阴囊血肿５例、疝复发１４例、膀胱损伤２例、睾丸移位３例、缺血性睾丸炎４例、腹膜炎１例、神经损伤１例、输精管切断２例，切口感染５例。造成并发症的原因主要为手术操作不当所致。提高手术技术和及时正确的处理好并发症是防治的关键。
To explore the cause,prevention and treatment of postoperative compilcations of inguinal hernia of inchildren,we analysed 37 cases with postoperative compliactions of inguinal hernia in this paper.There were scrotum hematoma in 5 cases,hernia recurrence in 14,urinary bladder damage in 2,testcule transpositionin 3,ischemic orchitis in 4,peritonitis in 1,nerve injury in 1,ductus deferens cut in 2 and incision infection in 5 cases.The main cause resulting in complications was in correct operation.Improving operative skill,timely and correct treatment of complications are the key for prevention and treatment of complications.
