烧伤休克期切痂植皮对伤后高代谢影响的实验研究

Effect of escharectomy during burn shock stage on hypermetabolism

目的：探讨烧伤休克期切痂对高代谢的影响。方法：切痂前、后监测血神经内分泌激素，内毒素（ＬＰＳ）、ＴＮＦ－α、痂下组织细菌定量及体重变化。结果：休克期切痂不会引发分解代谢激素增加，但ＬＰＳ，ＴＮＦ－α水平明显降低。结论：休克期切痂可降低烧伤后高代谢反应，优于常规的切痂选择。

Objective:this study was sttempted to clarify the effects of the escharectomy during burn shock stage on hypermetabolism.Methods:The plasma neuroendocrine hormone,LPS, TNFα,bacterial quantitative analysis in the undereschar tissue and body weight were determined early period after burn injury.Results:The escharectomy during burn shock stage did not cause the increase of catabolic hormone but effectively droped the contents of both plasma LPS and TNFα. Conclusion:Escharectomy during burn shock stage reduced in hypermetabolic response, superior to the routine model.
