Yashiro导管及RH导管在TACE中的合理应用

Application of Yashiro catheter and RH catheter in transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

目的评价Yashiro导管及RH导管在肝癌患者TACE治疗中的应用。方法235例肝癌患者中采用Yashiro导管治疗者182例286次。RH导管治疗者53例64次。结果Yashiro导管治疗超选成功271次,成功率约为94.8%。RH导管治疗超选成功56次,成功率为87.5%。Yashiro导管及RH导管超选成功率经卡方检验=3.38,P=0.048(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌患者TACE治疗中,Yashiro导管较RH导管更易超选入供瘤动脉。

Objective： To evaluate the application of yashiro catheter and RH catheter in TACE to treat HCC. Methods： In 235 hepatocellular carcinoma patients, 182 cases were treated 286 times with Yashiro catheters to superselect the artery supplying tumor, while 53 cases were operated 64 times with RH catheters. Results： The procedure was successful 271 times using Yashiro catheter, and the success rate was 94.8%. RH catheter did perfect 56 times and the rate was 87.5%. The success rate of the two groups were tested by the chi-square test, and the result was X2=3.38, P=0.048 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is easier to use Yashiro catheter to superselect the artery supplying tumor in TACE to treat HCC.
