经皮射频消融治疗膈下小肝癌的临床应用价值

The clinical value of CT-guided RFA in the treatment of small liver cancer under the diaphragm

目的对我院所治疗的膈下小肝癌进行评价,以期达到进一步提高膈下肝癌的治疗疗效的目的;材料与方法我院介入科2004年7月～2008年7月应用射频消融治疗膈下肝癌30例,应用导引针穿刺肝脏膈下小病灶的技术对肝癌进行射频消融治疗;结果本组病例取得良好效果,无严重并发症,随访期间21例原发性肝癌无复发,9例继发性肝癌中肝内复发2例;结论运用导引针穿刺技术射频消融治疗膈下小肝癌治疗效果好,并发症少,值得进一步的总结和推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation （RFA） in the treatment of small liver cancer under the diaphragm. Methods From July 2004 to July 2008, 30 patients with primary or secondary liver cancer （〈5 cm） indiameter under the diaphragm were treated by RFA among which there were 21 primary cancer and 9 secondary liver cancer. Results All the cases achieved satisfactory effect and there was no serious complication. Conclusions RFA is an effective and safe therapeutic approach for small liver cancer under the diaphragm. Its effect may be similar to that of surgical resection.
