射频消融技术及骨水泥成形术在骨转移瘤治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 一、骨肿瘤射频消融术具体来说射频消融(radiofrequency ablation,英文简称RFA)是在影像学的准确定位引导下经皮穿刺到达病灶,使用可双重调控温度和产热功率的小电极,根据病灶所在部位及病灶大小调整电极的伸展直径,达到以最小创伤最大限度的杀灭肿瘤细胞的目的,从而治疗和缓解肿瘤引起的疼痛及相应的并发症,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量,相关的实验数据表明RFA技术也是一种有效的、安全的、创伤小的治疗骨肿瘤的新方法。
