CT引导下穿刺颅内血肿清除术的临床应用

Clinical practice of CT-guided acupuncture to clear intracranial hematoma

目的探讨CT引导下颅内穿刺行血肿清除术的临床应用价值。方法本文总结了67例颅内血肿(其中高血压性脑出血54例,慢性硬膜下血肿11例,急性硬膜外血肿2例)行CT引导下穿刺清除术。结果本组病例1次穿刺成功率100%,穿刺抽吸术后,病死率明显降低(8.9%),生存率(91.1%)及生存质量明显提高。结论CT在颅内血肿穿刺定位上有较大的应用价值;

Objective To study the value of CT-guided acupuncture to clear intracranial hematoma. Mehtods Sixty seven patients suffering from infracranial hematoma （54 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage, 11 patients with chronic dural hematoma, 2 patients with acute epidural hematoma） were operated by CT-guided clearance of intracranial hematoma. Results All of the patients were operated successfully. And the mortality was decreased （8.9%）. Survival rate（91.1%）and living quality were increased. Conclusion CT has practical value in the location and orientation of intracranial hematoma puncture.
