采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定了不同产地的女贞子中对羟基苯乙醇βＤ葡萄糖甙、特女贞甙和齐墩果酸的含量。提出了全面评价中药女贞子的质量的依据。

The contents of phydroxyphenethylβDglucoside,specnuezhenide and oleanolic acid in the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum collected from various areas in China were determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography.The results could be used to evaluate the quality of the crude drug more comprehensively.
