摘要
[目的]研究栽培调控措施对广西省南丹县烤烟香气质量的影响。[方法]以烟草品种K326为试材,研究密度、施氮量和打顶留叶数对南丹县烟叶香气成分含量和比值的影响。[结果]随密度增加,南丹烤烟的碱性香气物总量下降,酸性香气物总量有所增加,中性香气物总量以高密度时略高;随着施氮量提高,烤烟的碱性香气物总量依次增高,酸性香气物总量下降,中性香气物总量则以低氮水平时的较高;随着留叶数增加,烤烟的碱性香气物总量下降,酸性香气物总量以中等留叶数较高,中性香气物总量以少留叶时的较高;香气成分含量比值(A值、B值和AI值)以中等密度(18000株/hm2)、低施氮量(67.5 kg/hm2)和中等留叶数(17片/株)时较高。[结论]适当降低施氮量对提高南丹烤烟香气质量有利。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of aroma quality of cultivation regulation measures on flue-cured tobacco in Nandan County in Guangxi Province.[Method] With the tobacco variety K326 as the tested material,the effect of density,nitrogen rate and topping remained leaf numbers on tobacco leaf aroma component and ratio in Nandan County were researched.[Result] With the increase of density,the gross of the alkaline aroma matter of Nandan flue-cured tobacco was decreased,that of acid aroma matter was slightly increased and that of neutral aroma matter was slightly increased when the tobacco was planted at the high density.With the increase of nitrogen rate,the gross of the alkaline aroma matter of flue-cured tobacco was increased in turn,that of acid aroma matter was decreased and that of neutral aroma matter was higher when the nitrogen rate was at low level.With the increase of remained leaf number,the gross of the alkaline aroma matter of flue-cured tobacco was decreased and that of acid aroma matter was higher when the remained leaf number was at middle and the gross of neutral aroma matter was higher when the remained leaf number was little.The aroma component content ratio(A value,B value and AI value) were higher when the planting density was at middle(18 000 plants/hm2),the nitrogen rate was at low level(67.5 kg/hm2) and the remained leaf number was at middle(17 piece/plant).[Conclusion] Decreasing nitrogen rate appropriately was better to improve the aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco in Nandan County.
