摘要
[目的]为短体副鳅资源保护提供理论依据。[方法]以189尾雌性短体副鳅为试材,对其中161尾进行年龄鉴定;考察该鱼的绝对生殖力(F)(以第4期卵粒数量表示)和F与其体长(L)、净体重(W)、年龄的关系,体长相对生殖力(F/L)与L和年龄的关系,体重相对生殖力(F/W)与W的关系,并对该鱼的卵径分布进行研究。[结果]短体副鳅的F为102~574粒,F/L为1.887~9.111粒;F与L和W呈直线相关,线性方程分别为F=7.5462L-181.96和F=34.096W+140.74;161尾雌鱼中,1龄鱼42尾,2龄鱼59尾,3龄鱼52尾,4龄鱼7尾,5龄鱼1尾;F与年龄无明显相关性;F/L随年龄增大而减小;F/L与L的方程为F/L=0.0484L+1.5920,F/W与W的关系为F/W=-6.8869W+98.647;卵径分布只出现1个高峰,且峰值卵径所占比例较大。[结论]短体副鳅为一次性产卵鱼类。
[Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for the resource protection of Paracobitis potanini.[Method] With 189 female P.potanini as the tested materials,the age of 161 P.potanini was identified.The Absolute fecundity(F)(egg number at the 4th stage) and the relationships of F and body length(L),body weight(W) and age of P.potanini,and the relationships of body length relative fecundity(F/L) and L and age,and the relationships of body weight relative fecundity(F/W) and W of P.potanini were investigated,and the egg diameter distribution of P.potanini was studied.[Result] The F of P.potanini was 102-574 egg,F/Lwas 1.887-9.111 eggs.F had linear correlation with L and W,their equation were F=7.546 2L-181.96 and F=34.096W+140.74 resp..Among 161 female P.potanini,1-year-old,2-year-old,3-year-old,4-year-old and 5-year-old P.potanini were 42,59,52,7 and 1 resp.F had insignificantly correlation with age.But F/L was decreased with the increase of age.The equation of F/L and L was F/L=0.048 4L+1.592 0,while the equation of F/L and W was F/W=-6.886 9W+98.647.The distribution of egg diameter only appeared one peak and the ratio of egg diameter at the peak was bigger.[Conclusion] P.potanini was the fish with onetime spawner.
