土地整理项目区的水土资源平衡分析——以温宿县托乎拉乡为例

Balance Analysis of Water and Land Resources in Land Consolidation Project Area

在对项目区农业种植结构调整、灌溉制度及灌水率图修正、灌溉水利用系数等进行综合研究的基础上,计算出了项目实施后项目区的农业灌溉需水量;进而与项目区来水量比较表明,通过发展节水灌溉技术,合理配置水土资源,可以达到水土资源平衡,实现节水增地的目的,即项目实施是可行的。

The study calculated the agricultural irrigation water demand quantity in the project area based on researching the agricultural planting structure adjustment,irrigation systems and irrigation rate figure amendment,irrigation water utilization factor,and so on.Comparing water demand with water supplement,it showed that the implementation of the project can achieve a balance of water and land resources,and save water and increase cultivated land by developing water-saving irrigation technologies,rational allocating land and water resources.Namely,the implementation of this project was feasible.
