摘要 L-阿拉伯糖是一种新型的功能性甜味剂,随着国际市场的普遍需求,其在食品、保健、医药等领域中发挥着重要的作用。对L-阿拉伯糖的制备方法及其应用进行综述。 L-arabinose is a new functional sweetener.With the demands of international markets,it plays an important role in food,healthcare,pharmaceutical and other fields.The study summarizes the methods of preparation and application.
