对欧盟双壳贝类卫生管理体系法规概况、贝类养殖监控体系的内容和特点进行了分析,提出了建立符合中国特色的贝类卫生管理体系的框架:建立包括原料标签在内的可追溯体系;建立中国特色的HACCP体系;建立出口示范基地。

The summary of the regulations and laws on EU sanitary management system of the molluscan shellfish and the content and the character of the culture monitoring system of the molluscan shellfish were introduced,Chinese-featured the framework to establish the sanitary management system of the molluscan shellfish was provided,which included establishment of the traceable system（the raw material label,etc.）;establishment of Chinese-featured the HACCP system;establishment of the export model base.
