农业旅游示范区旅游设施建设研究——以苏南地区为例

Research on the Facility Construction of Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Zone

[目的]调查分析苏南地区农业旅游设施建设中存在的问题,提出改进措施,进而有效推动农业旅游和新农村建设的全面发展。[方法]采用问卷调查法,通过旅游设施建设差异性分析。[结果]游客对旅游设施的总体满意度为47.2%,基本满意;对公共卫生设施最不满意,为31.8%;其次是游憩设施和解说。[结论]农业旅游以生态体验和回归自然为特征,其设施的建设应切合农业旅游的主题,以体现农业特色,彰显乡土气息为首要原则,在规划设计规模、建设风格和选材上,都必须遵循这一原则,应开展游客资源调研,有效地进行建设,搞好交通绿化和公共卫生设施的建设与管理,留住游客,争取回头客,使农业旅游可持续发展。

[Objective] The study aims to analyse the problems about facility construction of agricultural tourism in southern Jiangsu area and put forward some improvement measures then effectively promote the development of agricultural tourism and new rural construction.[Method] It analyses the difference of tourism facility construction through questionnaire investigation.[Result] The total satisfaction rate of tourism facilities is 47.2%,the most dissatisfaction rate of public hygienic facilities is 31.8% and satisfaction rate of recreation and explanation facilities is secondary.[Conclusion] Ecological experience and returning nature is the characteristics of agricultural tourism,so facility construction should be in accord with agricultural tourism and reflect agricultural characteristics and rural character,architectural style and material selection also follow this principle in the planning design scale.It should investigate the visitor resources and effectively establish traffic and greening construction and public hygienic establishment and management,striving for loyal visitor and making agricultural tourism sustainable development.
