癫痫的CT诊断及其评价

目的评价CT检查对癫痫诊治的临床应用价值。方法对临床诊断癫痫的168例患者行头颅CT平扫,部分做增强扫描。结果头颅CT阴性102例,阳性66例,阳性率39.3%,其中包括先天性颅脑发育12异常8例,脑寄生虫病2例,颅内肿瘤12例,颅骨骨瘤1例,脑血管病38例,脑萎缩57例,脑软化灶33例,颅内钙化灶5例。结论CT检查提高了癫痫病因的检出率,有助于指导临床治疗。

Objective To evaluate the diannostic value of CT in epilepsy. Methods All the 168 patients with epilepsy were perfomed plain CT scanninn, some of them underwent additional contrast enhanced CT and operation. Results Of the 168 pa-bents, 102 were nenative and 66 positive on brain CT scans. The positive CT findinn was 39.3%,which included cerebral de-velopmented disorder in 8, brain parasitosis in 2, neoplasm in 12, osteoma of skull in 1,vascular abnormality in 38, brain atrophy in 57, encephalomalacia in 33, calcifi-canon in 10. Conclusion CT scan has meat diannostic value in patients with epilepsy, and is helpful totreatment.
