摘要
目的与方法用生物素-抗生物素免疫组织化学法,以果树凝集素识别胰腺癌、慢性胰腺炎及正常胰腺组织中的糖蛋白。结果正常胰腺组织无阳性细胞着色;慢性胰腺炎阳性表达率为8.1%(1/12),胰腺癌组织总阳性率为62.96%,其中分化差者为100%(9/9),中分化者为85.7%(6/7),高分化者为18.2%(以11),高分化与中低分化者差异有显著性(P<0.01),免疫反应强度以低分化腺癌为最强,有转移者阳性表达率为69.23%(9/13),与无转移者差异无显著性。胰腺癌组织阳性表达率明显高于慢性胰腺炎(P<0.05)。结论果树凝集素结合糖蛋白在胰腺癌的表达明显增强,与胰腺癌的分化有关,与肿瘤的转移无关。
Objectives and methods The aim of the study is to identify the bauhinia purpuren BPA conjugating protein in pancreatic cancer by ADC immunohistochemical technique. Results There were no positive staining cells found in normal pancreatic tissues. The positive rate of BPA was 8.3% (1/l2) in tissues from chronic pancreatitis; the total positive rate of BPA conjugating protein was 62.96%. in tissues from pancreatic cancer, which was much higher than that in tissues of chronic pancreatitis. The poorer the differentiation, the higher the positive rate of BPA conjugating protein, which was 100% (9/9);in moderately differentiated ones, 85. 7% (6/7): in well differentiated, 18.2% (2/11). There was no difference between metastatic (69.23%) and non-metastatic (57.14%) cases. Conclusios The expression of BPA conjugating protein is correlated with differentiation of pacreatic cancer but has no relationship with the tumor metastasis, [
