隐孢子虫病的病原学诊断及病例对照研究

摘要 目的为了验证接触动物、营养不良与隐孢子虫病感染有显著的统计学联系,探讨隐孢子虫病的病原学诊断方法。方法根据随机化的原则,在湖南省湘南地区用改良抗酸染色法检测隐孢子虫卵囊,以卵囊阳性为病例,卵囊阴性者为对照。将同一粪便标本一式二份,分别用碘染色法和改良抗酸染色法进行对比测试。结果接触动物者感染隐孢子虫的aOR=3.74,aOR=3.14。营养不良者感染隐孢子虫的aOR=4.66,aOR=4.35。碘染色法检出卵囊41例,阳性率1.9%,改良抗染色法检出卵囊41例,阳性率1.9%,符合率为100%。结论动物是人感染隐孢子虫的最重要传染源,接触动物是隐孢子虫感染的最重要的危险因素。营养不良所致的继发性细胞免疫功能缺陷及胃肠道形态学的功能变化,是造成易感染隐孢子虫病的危险因素。碘染色法简便,可靠,是检测粪便中CSO较理想的方法。 purpose For the sake of the animal, malnutrition of the verification contact and concealed spore insect disease infection have already shown Zhao of statistics leam contact, study concealed spore insect disease of the cause leam diagnosis method.Method According to the random principle for turn, in Hunan province Xiang south the region use improvement antisour dye method examination concealed spore insect egg hag, with egg bag masculine gender for case, egg bag feminine gender for check against.Same excrement specimen one the type be 2 and use iodine to dye a method respectively and improvement the anti- be sour dyeing method to carry on contrast test. Result The contact animal infection concealed spore insect of aOR=3.74, aOR=3.14.The aOR of the infection concaled spore insect of the malnutrition=4.66, aOR=4.35.Iodine's dying method check an egg bag is 41, masculine gender the rate be 1.9%, improvement antidye method check the egg hag be 41, masculine gender the rate be 1.9% and match the rate as 100%. Conclusion The animal is a person the infection concealed spore insect of most importance infection source, contact the animal be most a concealed spore insect infection importance of dangerous factor.Malnutrition with the result that of learn after the hair function blemish of the cell immunity and the stomach and intestines way appearance of function variety, is result in easy infection concealed spore insect disease of dangerous factor.The iodine dye a method simple, credibility, is examination the CSO in the excrement more ideal of method.
