摘要
目的比较复方紫甘汤和泼尼松、氯苯那敏对过敏性紫癜的临床疗效及安全性。方法将96例随机分为两组，对照组40例，服用泼尼松、氯苯那敏；治疗组56例，服用复方紫甘汤，两组疗程均为2周。结果治疗组有效率为96．4％，对照组有效率为72．5％（x^2=11．41，P〈0．01）。结论复方紫甘汤加常规药物对过敏性紫癜疗效优于泼尼松、氯苯那敏，对过敏性紫癜具有良好的治疗和预防作用。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Fufangzigantang, prednisone and chlorphenamine in the treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into two groups, control group 40 cases, taking prednisone, chlorpheniramine; 56 cases of the treatment group taking compound decoction purple ,were treated for two weeks. Results In the treatment group effective rate in was 96. 4%. Effective rate in the control group was 72.5% （X^2 = 11.41,P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion To use Fufangzigantang with other conventional drugs together is better than use prednison and chlorphenamine in the treatment of allergic purpura.
