Quality control for cashmere muffler after treatment

羊绒围巾是目前毛纺企业的主要品种之一,生产该围巾的工艺流程较长,存在的质量问题相对也多,其中起毛沟痕及穗痕问题都是生产中很棘手且关键的问题。文章研究了起毛沟痕问题,从原料、织物组织设计、纱穗密度、上机回潮率、起毛剂、起毛设备和定形整理等方面分析其成因,并提出解决方法。并从蒸呢机各部件的运转状态及工艺参数分析影响穗痕的因素,寻求解决穗痕问题的具体方法。

The cashmere muffler is the main productions of the woollen mill. There have some difficult and important quality problems in the long technological process of the cashmere muffler, such as the trail of raising and fringe trail. In this paper, the causes of the trail of raising and solutions are the major study questions. The fringe trail is that the trail of velvet cover with a press of the fringe of neckerchief or shawl in the blowing of after-processing is bad for quality of the neckerchief and shawl. The blowing is the important influence factor of the fringe trail, so the analysis of blowing machine processing parameter and solutions are main study content in this paper.
